Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP) has a Delivered Fuels component; my friend in Hagerstown got 200 gallons in September after early application. Need tank gauge photo under 25%, vendor quote, and income docs. The portal opens July 1 for fuels: https://www.utilityassistance.org/md/ – click “delivered fuels.” Payment goes to your supplier; some offer senior discounts on top. Apply early—rural funds run out by November.
